You’ll work closely with our Talent Acquisition team and other departments to make sure trainers have a clear and smooth experience from the time they are hired through onboarding and beyond.\nYou don’t need to be an automation expert, but you should be someone who is naturally curious, likes improving processes, and isn’t afraid to say, “There has to be a better way to do this.”\nWhat you'll do\nHelp manage the admin side of hiring and onboarding our trainers around the world.\n\nPrepare job offers, contracts, and MOAs, and keep track of renewals.\n\nCollect requirements and make sure new hires are ready to start.\n\nHelp new trainers get set up with their accounts, tools, and systems.\n\nConduct new hire orientations and make sure they know what to expect from day one.\n\nCoordinate training schedules with other teams and make sure nothing gets missed.\n\nHelp manage assessments, interviews, calendars, reminders, and rescheduling.\n\nKeep trainer information and documents organized and up to date.\n\nSupport the team with trainer offboarding and other day-to-day admin tasks.\n\nLook for ways to make our processes easier, faster, and less manual, and help us automate repetitive tasks.\n\nWhat we're looking for\nYou're organized and good at keeping track of details.\n\nYou can manage several things at once without losing track of what needs to be done.\n\nYou're comfortable with admin work, but you also like finding ways to make things better.\n\nYou're a good communicator and aren't afraid to follow up when something needs to get done.\n\nYou're comfortable working with different teams and people from different countries.\n\nYou're willing to learn new tools and figure things out when needed.\n\nYou enjoy improving processes and are curious about automation.\n\nExperience in recruitment, onboarding, HR, or operations is a plus, but a great attitude and willingness to learn matter just as much.\n\nLocation: IBM Plaza, Eastwood Libis, Quezon
