You will contribute to helping clients achieve value quickly through a structured and consistent onboarding process.\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Client Onboarding and Implementation\nCoordinate end-to-end client onboarding and implementation activities across the EMEA region.\nSupport the development and execution of onboarding plans, project timelines, and implementation schedules.\nCoordinate with internal stakeholders across Operations, Payroll, HR, Technology, Finance, and Customer Success throughout the onboarding lifecycle.\nTrack project progress, monitor onboarding milestones, and escalate potential risks or delays to the Onboarding Lead.\nEnsure onboarding activities are completed in accordance with established processes, timelines, and client requirements.\n2. Data and System Setup\nSupport the accurate setup of client, employee, payroll, and entity data across internal platforms and systems.\nVerify data accuracy, completeness, and consistency in line with internal procedures and client requirements.\nReview onboarding documentation and coordinate data collection, validation, and migration activities where applicable.\nIdentify discrepancies and work with relevant stakeholders to resolve data or system setup issues.\n3. Handover to Business-as-Usual (BAU)\nCoordinate the preparation and documentation of client handovers from implementation to operational delivery teams.\nEnsure onboarding documentation, system configurations, and implementation activities are completed before transition.\nWork closely with operational teams to support a smooth handover and continuity of service.\nFollow up on outstanding onboarding items and ensure relevant stakeholders are informed of any unresolved issues.\n4. Client Experience and Communication\nSupport client communication throughout the onboarding process, providing timely updates on progress, requirements, and next steps.\nBuild positive working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders through clear communication and effective coordination.\nAssist in managing client expectations and resolving onboarding queries or issues promptly.\nContribute to a seamless onboarding experience by ensuring requirements are clearly understood and deliverables are completed on time.\n5. Process Improvement and Operational Excellence\nIdentify opportunities to improve onboarding workflows, documentation, tools, and client experience.\nSupport the implementation of standardized onboarding procedures, templates, and best practices.\nMaintain accurate onboarding records, project trackers, and status reports.\nContribute to initiatives that improve operational efficiency, data quality, and service delivery.\nKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)\nTimely completion of assigned onboarding activities and milestones.\nOnboarding cycle time and adherence to implementation timelines.\nAccuracy and completeness of client, employee, payroll, and entity data.\nQuality and completeness of onboarding documentation.\nSuccessful and timely handover to BAU operational teams.\nClient satisfaction and responsiveness throughout the onboarding process.\nCompliance with established onboarding procedures and service delivery standards.\nContribution to process improvement and reduction of onboarding errors or rework.\nRequirements\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.\n2-4 years of experience in client onboarding, implementation coordination, project support, customer success, or service delivery within a business services environment.\nExperience coordinating multiple onboarding or implementation activities simultaneously.\nStrong organizational, coordination, and time-management skills, with excellent attention to detail.\nAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.\nGood communication and stakeholder coordination skills.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project management, CRM, or service delivery tools.\nAbility to manage competing priorities and work independently while escalating issues when necessary.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting client onboarding within Payroll, HR Services, Employer of Record (EOR), Professional Services, Global Mobility, or Entity Management.\nFamiliarity with CRM, HRIS, payroll, or service delivery platforms.\nExperience working with clients or teams across multiple countries and time zones.\nUnderstanding of onboarding workflows, implementation processes, and service delivery best practices.\nExperience working in a multinational or global business environment.\nFamiliarity with process improvement initiatives and standardized operating procedures.\nABOUT US\nGoGlobal is the leading professional services company to guide, establish and manage global operations with compliance and confidence.
