This position will be a key contributor to the FP&A function at Gogo.\nThe Financial Analyst focuses on developing revenue forecast/budget and long-term plan, including key revenue metrics, supporting quarterly earnings calls and MD&A analysis, formulating analysis of financial and operational data to support effective decision-making and large company wide initiatives.\nCOME ON BOARD THE GOGO FINANCIAL ANALYST TEAM!\nHow will you make a difference?\nSupport and maintain detailed revenue forecast, budget, and long-range plans across all revenue streams\nContribute to revenue-related reporting for quarterly earnings call, MD&A and related analysis\nAnalyze actual revenue performance versus forecast and budget, identifying key trends, variances, and drivers\nCollaborate closely with Sales and Product teams to understand drivers for forecast and budget\nMonitor key performance indicators and maintain dashboards for tracking business performance\nEnhance and improve financial planning models for both short-term as well as multi-year forecast\nBecome a power user of the Hyperion planning system and SmartView add-in to facilitate efficient reporting and planning process \nCommunicate directly with Finance leadership and C-level executives on forecast and budget for the teams you support\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field\n2-4 years of experience in Financial Analysis or related field\nRequired Skills, Talents & Experience\nAdvanced skills in Microsoft Excel are required including complex formulas, pivot tables and charts\nAbility to employ complex analytical tools and statistics to perform analysis and forecasting of financial and other business information\nBusiness modeling skills, capable of translating business logic to modeling logic to bring insights to the senior management team and support the business teams as needed\nStrong interpersonal and consultative communication skills with well-developed presentation skills.\n Equal Pay Disclosure(s)\nBase Pay:\n72,000.00 - 90,000.00 USD AnnualTarget Annual Short-Term Incentive:\nBonus Plan at 5% (% of Annualized Base Pay)Eligible for Incentive Stock Program:\nYesBenefits:\nGogo offers competitive benefits including medical, dental and vision coverage with plans that can fit each employee’s needs.
