Our Material Handlers play a critical role in supporting manufacturing operations, inventory accuracy, and on-time customer deliveries.
As our Material Handler, you'll support daily warehouse, stockroom, shipping, and receiving operations while helping maintain inventory accuracy and operational efficiency. You'll work closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, and Operations teams to ensure materials flow seamlessly through the organization and customers receive products on time.

What You'll Do
- Support shipping, receiving, stockroom, and inventory management activities to ensure efficient material flow throughout the organization
- Process incoming receipts and verify materials against purchase orders and shipping documentation
- Deliver incoming materials to internal stakeholders in a timely manner to support manufacturing schedules and project requirements
- Prepare, package, and ship products to domestic and international customers using carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and other approved shipping partners
- Pull production kits and stage materials according to manufacturing priorities
- Maintain accurate inventory records by processing material transactions and ensuring inventory accuracy
- Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory activities
- Process RMA materials and support customer and failure analysis requirements
- Organize, label, store, and track inventory throughout warehouse and stockroom locations
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
- Support AS9100 quality requirements and compliance standards
- Cross-train across material handling functions to provide operational support where needed
- Identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy, organization, and operational efficiency
- Contribute to Gogo's commitment to quality, customer satisfaction, and on-time delivery performance
What You'll Bring
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent practical experience
- 1+ years of experience in warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory, stockroom, or material handling environments
- Experience handling material transactions and maintaining inventory accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods
- Ability to bend, twist, reach, and work in office, laboratory, manufacturing, and warehouse environments
- Experience preparing and processing shipments with commercial carriers
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Dependable work ethic with a high level of accountability
- Availability to work occasional weekends and holidays as business needs require
- Familiarity with ISO 9000/9001 requirements; AS9100 experience preferred

- Forklift and/or pallet jack experience
- Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central
- Experience with PLM tools such as Agile or Propel
- APICS certification
- Experience in aerospace, aviation, manufacturing, or technology environments
- Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse best practices
- Experience supporting quality-driven or regulated manufacturing environments
