Our Material Handlers play a critical role in supporting manufacturing operations, inventory accuracy, and on-time customer deliveries.\nAs our Material Handler, you'll support daily warehouse, stockroom, shipping, and receiving operations while helping maintain inventory accuracy and operational efficiency. You'll work closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, and Operations teams to ensure materials flow seamlessly through the organization and customers receive products on time.\nIf you're someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, enjoys staying organized, and takes pride in accuracy and teamwork, we'd love to meet you.\nWhat You'll Do\nSupport shipping, receiving, stockroom, and inventory management activities to ensure efficient material flow throughout the organization\nProcess incoming receipts and verify materials against purchase orders and shipping documentation\nDeliver incoming materials to internal stakeholders in a timely manner to support manufacturing schedules and project requirements\nPrepare, package, and ship products to domestic and international customers using carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and other approved shipping partners\nPull production kits and stage materials according to manufacturing priorities\nMaintain accurate inventory records by processing material transactions and ensuring inventory accuracy\nPerform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory activities\nProcess RMA materials and support customer and failure analysis requirements\nOrganize, label, store, and track inventory throughout warehouse and stockroom locations\nHelp maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment\nSupport AS9100 quality requirements and compliance standards\nCross-train across material handling functions to provide operational support where needed\nIdentify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy, organization, and operational efficiency\nContribute to Gogo's commitment to quality, customer satisfaction, and on-time delivery performance\nWhat You'll Bring\nHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalent practical experience\n1+ years of experience in warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory, stockroom, or material handling environments\nExperience handling material transactions and maintaining inventory accuracy\nAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods\nAbility to bend, twist, reach, and work in office, laboratory, manufacturing, and warehouse environments\nExperience preparing and processing shipments with commercial carriers\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications\nStrong communication and teamwork skills\nDependable work ethic with a high level of accountability\nAvailability to work occasional weekends and holidays as business needs require\nFamiliarity with ISO 9000/9001 requirements; AS9100 experience preferred\nEven Better If You Have\nYou don't need to check every box below.
