You'll work closely with Network Operations, Engineering, Security, Cloud, and Product teams to ensure our networks remain reliable, scalable, secure, and ready to support the next generation of connected aviation.\nIf you're someone who thrives in fast-paced technical environments, enjoys solving complex networking challenges, and is passionate about delivering highly available systems, we'd love to meet you.\nWhat You'll Do\nDesign, implement, and support enterprise and service provider network infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.\n\nConfigure, monitor, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, wireless, routing, and switching environments.\n\nPartner with Network Operations, Security, Cloud, and Engineering teams to deliver reliable and scalable network solutions.\n\nLead and support network upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure modernization initiatives.\n\nDiagnose and resolve complex network performance, availability, and connectivity issues.\n\nDevelop and maintain network documentation, diagrams, standards, and operational procedures.\n\nIdentify opportunities to automate network administration, monitoring, and deployment processes.\n\nContribute to capacity planning, disaster recovery, cybersecurity initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.\n\nParticipate in on-call support and incident management activities as required.\n\nEnsure network environments meet performance, security, and compliance requirements.\n\nWhat You'll Bring\nThis is a hybrid position based in our Broomfield or Chicago office. Team members are expected to work onsite three days per week and remotely two days per week.\n\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.\n\n3+ years of experience in network engineering, network administration, or a related infrastructure role.\n\nDemonstrated experience designing, implementing, and troubleshooting complex network environments.\n\nStrong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP), and switching technologies.\n\nExperience with enterprise networking equipment from vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, Arista, or similar.\n\n Equal Pay Disclosure(s)\nBase Pay:\n88,000.00 - 110,000.00 USD AnnualTarget Annual Short-Term Incentive:\nBonus Plan at 10% (% of Annualized Base Pay)Eligible for Incentive Stock Program:\nYesBenefits:\nGogo offers competitive benefits including medical, dental and vision coverage with plans that can fit each employee’s needs.
