We combine an e-commerce platform with our own production facility in Samut Prakan and a curated network of printing partners, covering commercial print, large format, and textile products. About this role: The Senior Supply Chain Executive owns the daily heartbeat of our production flow: deciding where each job is produced, dispatching it on time, and making sure the factory never stops for lack of materials. The role sits between the order intake and artwork teams upstream and the factory floor and supplier network downstream, and is the single point of ownership for production planning, procurement of production materials, and inventory control in Thailand.\nAbout the role:\nThe Senior Supply Chain Executive owns the daily heartbeat of our production flow: deciding where each job is produced, dispatching it on time, and making sure the factory never stops for lack of materials. The role sits between the order intake and artwork teams upstream and the factory floor and supplier network downstream, and is the single point of ownership for production planning, procurement of production materials, and inventory control in Thailand.\nKey Responsibilities:\n1) Production planning & job dispatch\nPlan daily production capacity and scheduling across digital, large format (HP Latex), and DTF streams, including multi-press readiness.\n\nDecide job routing - in-house vs. outsource - based on cost and lead time per job.\n\nDispatch all jobs to the Gogoprint factory and external printing partners daily before the 4:00 PM cutoff, across offset, digital, large format, DTF, and promotional product categories.\n\nIssue prioritized daily job sheets to the production team (offset before 8:00 AM, digital before 8:30 AM) covering cutting, folding, lamination, kiss-cutting, die-cutting, and bookbinding.\n\nCoordinate directly with printing partners to resolve issues arising during production.\n\n2) Procurement & replenishment\nPurchase all production materials and consumables: paper and sticker sheets for the digital presses, Ricoh toner, HP Latex inks and printheads, DTF inks and fabric rolls, large-format substrates and lamination rolls, corrugated boxes, and miscellaneous supplies.\n\nPlace internal factory orders for customer packaging (business card boxes, shipping cartons).\n\nKeep replenishment cycles ahead of production needs so that no press or post-press station stops for lack of materials.\n\n3) Inventory control\nRun the monthly stock reconciliation and report results to the Accounting team.\n\nOversee stock-level monitoring routines performed by machine operators and maintain accurate inbound records for paper, substrates, and consumables.\n\n4) Supplier coordination & continuous improvement\nAct as the day-to-day interface with our printing partner network and contribute to quarterly supplier performance reviews (OTIF, quality, price).\n\nServe as backup for factory HSE routines, production complaint handling, and new product industrialization projects.\n\nCover planning and procurement duties of teammates during leave periods, and propose improvements to job sequencing, automation, and replenishment processes.\n\nRequirements\nMust Have\n4+ years of experience in supply chain, production planning, or procurement\n\nCan communicate with both Thai and English (supplier communication, systems, and internal documentation are in English).\n\nStrong command of Excel / Google Sheets; comfortable working in ERP, back-office, and e-commerce order management tools.\n\nNice to Have\nKnowledge of offset, digital, or large-format printing processes.\n\nExperience negotiating with material suppliers or print subcontractors.\n\nWhat Success Looks Like\nDaily dispatch cutoffs consistently met across all product streams.\n\nZero production stoppages caused by material stockouts.\n\nAccurate monthly inventory reconciliation with no unexplained variances.\n\nRouting decisions that protect gross margin without compromising delivery promises.","description_format":"text","description_chars":4053,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":4,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[{"language":"Thai","level":"Proficiency (C2)","optional":false},{"language":"English","level":"All levels","optional":false}]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Supply Chain","Commerce"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-09-11T18:27:01Z"},{"event":"close","at":"2026-10-09T08:55:30Z"}],"visa":[],"liveness":null,"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/gogoprint-senior-supply-chain-executive","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/gogoprint-senior-supply-chain-executive.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-10-30T13:23:08Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","about":"Alion is a live layer of people, companies and AI agents: who they are, whether they are real and active right now, what they do and how to work with them, readable by people and by agents and paid per call.","catalog":"https://alion.io/catalog.json","usage":{"tier":"crawler_verified","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":278,"day_limit":null,"remaining_today":null,"minute_limit":300,"resets_at":"2026-10-31T00:00:00Z"}},"offers":[{"id":"company.slices","title":"One company in depth, by slice","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002,"plus_per_slice":{"credits":0.05,"usd":0.005}},"unit":"per company, plus each slice with data","note":"the employer in depth","call":{"mcp_tool":"get_company","arguments":{"id":674685},"rest":"https://alion.io/mcp/rest/get_company?id=674685"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.slices&for=job%2Fgogoprint-senior-supply-chain-executive"},{"id":"market.stats","title":"A market slice: pay, demand and time to fill","status":"live","price":{"credits":1,"usd":0.1},"unit":"per slice","note":"pay, demand and time to fill for this role and place","call":{"mcp_tool":"market_stats"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=market.stats&for=job%2Fgogoprint-senior-supply-chain-executive"},{"id":"job.search","title":"Open jobs by role, technology, place, pay and visa","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002},"unit":"per posting in a list","note":"similar open postings","call":{"mcp_tool":"search_jobs"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=job.search&for=job%2Fgogoprint-senior-supply-chain-executive"},{"id":"company.verify","title":"Is this company real and active right now","status":"pilot","price":null,"unit":"per company","request":{"url":"https://alion.io/catalog/request","method":"POST","body":"{\"offer\": \"company.verify\", \"for\": \"job/gogoprint-senior-supply-chain-executive\", \"note\": \"what you need it for\"}"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.verify&for=job%2Fgogoprint-senior-supply-chain-executive"}],"agent":{"mcp":"https://alion.io/mcp/jobs","mcp_open":"https://alion.io/mcp/open","next":[{"tool":"get_job","arguments":{"id":760775}},{"tool":"search_jobs","arguments":{"company":"gogoprint.com","detail":"compact"}},{"tool":"match_people","arguments":{"job_id":760775},"note":"people open to offers who fit this vacancy"}],"note":"The same data through MCP tools: https://alion.io/mcp/open needs no sign-in (compact searches, postings, people);
