You'll translate data-driven strategic insights into bold, distinctive creative that works harder than the competition.\n What You Will Deliver\nCreative Direction & Campaign Execution\nDevelop and execute distinctive creative concepts for 360° campaigns (online and offline) that drive brand awareness, user acquisition and engagement across both B2B and B2C verticals.\nLead brainstorming and art direction sessions with cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Ops, Partnerships, Regional Brand), translating business objectives into compelling visual narratives.\nProduce high-quality visual assets - photography, videography, illustration, animation and interactive design - that meet GoGoX brand guidelines and campaign performance targets.\nAI & Innovation\nApply AI creative tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, Magnific, Higgsfield/Seedance, Luma and others) to accelerate ideation, asset generation and iteration, without compromising brand integrity.\nTrack market trends, social conversation, emerging design technologies and AI developments, and translate them into sharper creative output and greater operational efficiency.\nDesign Systems & Technical Excellence\nMaintain and evolve a design system that scales across channels and markets, ensuring all work meets brand standards, accessibility requirements and channel technical specifications.\nKeep asset libraries, templates and file handover well organised so internal teams and external partners can execute on-brand independently.\nBrand Storytelling & Regional Consistency\nPartner with the regional creative team to hold brand coherence across markets while keeping localisation genuinely relevant to each one.\nCraft visual storytelling that reflects our values - simplicity, adaptability, people-first, empathy - whilst staying agile enough to respond to market opportunities at short notice.\nStrategic Partnerships & Ecosystem\nDrive co-marketing visuals and campaign assets for key partnerships that extend GoGoX's reach and strengthen ecosystem relationships.\nLead creative execution for brand activations, sponsorships and exhibitions that position GoGoX as a top-of-mind logistics innovator.\nWho You Are:\nDiploma or degree in Art, Design, Digital/Multimedia Design or equivalent; 5-7 years in graphic design, visual communication, advertising or digital media\nA portfolio showing solid craft - composition, colour, typography, layout and visual hierarchy\nProficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects);
