You'll support our Business Development Representatives (BDRs) by answering replies from customers and prospects, booking and confirming meetings, sending reminders, following up with people who missed their call, and making sure warm leads get to the right BDR quickly.\nYou're comfortable working alongside a team that's busy and goal driven, and you're ready to learn new skills like managing your time, staying organized, and communicating clearly by phone, text, and email.\nTo do well in this role, you'll want to be confident, friendly, and positive, even when things get busy. You'll often be the first person a customer talks to after a BDR reaches out, so making a good impression matters. This apprenticeship is also a great way to learn how sales works and build toward a future BDR role at HighLevel. At HighLevel, everyone stays on camera during calls with customers, teammates, and managers.\nProgramme Details:\nWork Type: Apprenticeship\n\nDepartment: Revenue Growth\n\nSub Department: Customer Retention\n\nDuration: 6 Months\n\nShift timings: 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM CST (Mon-Fri)\n\nMonthly Stipend: 32,000\n\nLocation: Remote (India)\n\nProgramme Start: Nov 2026\n\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\nLearning HighLevel's products and the customers we serve, including agencies, small businesses, and SaaSpreneurs\n\nAnswering replies to BDR outreach across calls, texts, chats, and emails\n\nBooking meetings and demos on BDR calendars and sending calendar invites\n\nCalling, texting, and emailing customers to confirm and remind them about upcoming meetings\n\nFollowing up with customers who missed a meeting and helping them reschedule\n\nAsking a few simple questions to understand what a customer needs before passing them to a BDR\n\nPassing warm and interested leads to the right BDR quickly so no opportunity is missed\n\nWelcoming customers into video meetings and making sure they're connected with their BDR\n\nLogging your conversations and next steps in our CRM so the team always knows where things stand\n\nHelping customers with basic questions or connecting them to the right team, like Support or Trial Experience\n\nHelping the team stay organized by setting reminders and keeping follow-ups on track\n\nLearning more about sales and our products by joining team meetings, call reviews, and trainings\n\nBeing flexible, other tasks might come up as the business changes\n\nWhat You'll Bring:\nBachelor’s degree in any discipline, or equivalent qualification.\n\nGood communication skills in English; comfortable speaking with US-based business owners\n\nNo prior experience required, we'll train you!
