You have spent 7+ years designing complex digital products and are ready to shape strategically important work across one or more product areas.\nAs a lead individual contributor, you will partner deeply with product and engineering leaders, researchers, data partners and other designers to define and improve strategically important experiences across the HighLevel platform. You will connect customer needs, business goals, technical constraints and long-term product strategy to clear, useful and highly polished product design while mentoring designers and raising quality across teams.\nWe expect candidates at this level to demonstrate exceptional visual and interaction design judgment, strong systems thinking and the ability to raise quality through direction, critique and mentorship. You should care deeply about the standards that make product experiences feel refined, trustworthy and coherent at scale.\nExperience designing B2B SaaS, platform, CRM, workflow-heavy or SMB software experiences is highly valuable.
