You will contribute to building a scalable, high-performance PMO that drives consistency, accountability, and measurable business impact across all functions.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nLead Cross-Functional Projects\nPlan, execute, and deliver complex initiatives across Marketing, Revenue/Sales, Success, and Support.\nOwn projects end-to-end-from intake and scoping through execution, launch, and retrospective.\nEnsure projects deliver measurable impact on growth, efficiency, and customer experience.\nConduct quantitative post-project analysis measuring ROI, cycle time, and delivery efficiency to demonstrate business impact.\nDrive Alignment & Execution\nAct as a central point of coordination across stakeholders, ensuring clear ownership, timelines, and dependencies.\nTranslate strategic priorities defined by leadership and Director, GTM PMO into structured project plans and executable roadmaps.\nKeep teams aligned through clear documentation, regular updates, and structured execution rhythms.\nOperationalize Strategy\nBreak down high-level initiatives into milestones, deliverables, and resource plans.\nManage day-to-day execution, tracking progress, risks, and blockers to keep projects on time and in scope.\nExecute initiatives sponsored by leadership or the Co-Founder Office under the direction and prioritization of the Director, GTM PMO.\nSystems, Tools & Reporting\nSupport implementation and optimization of systems, dashboards, and reporting tied to performance, forecasting, or revenue operations.\nMaintain accurate project plans and reporting in tools such as ClickUp and Google Sheets.\nProvide clear visibility into project health, outcomes, and next steps.\nWork with the Director, PMO to assess project intake, scope feasibility, and resource requirements before project kickoff.\nRisk & Change Management\nIdentify risks and dependencies early and proactively drive mitigation plans.\nEscalates portfolio-level or cross-program risks to Director, GTM PMO.\nSupport change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new processes, tools, or ways of work across GTM and the business. ng across teams.\n\nContinuous Improvement\nDocument learnings, outcomes, and best practices from completed initiatives.\nIdentify opportunities to improve cross-functional execution, project workflows, and cross-team collaboration.\nPMO Excellence & Standards\nFollow standardized PMO frameworks, templates, and governance models.\nContribute to refining tools, documentation standards, and execution methodologies.\nParticipate in PMO retrospectives and cross-project reviews.\nSupport capacity planning discussions with the Director, PMO.\nWhat You’ll Bring\nEducation & Experience\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field (MBA a plus).\n5+ years of project management experience, ideally in SaaS, GTM, revenue operations, or high-growth environments.\nProven success managing complex, cross-functional projects across Marketing, Sales/Revenue, Success, and Support.\nExperience partnering with senior leaders and executive stakeholders.\nSkills & Competencies\nStrong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).\nHands-on experience with project management tools such as ClickUp and Google Sheets.\nExcellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to synthesize strategic goals into structured, executable plans.\nPMP or equivalent certification preferred (or working toward).\nMindset\nProactive, highly organized, and comfortable operating in ambiguity.\nCollaborative and solutions-oriented, with a strong ownership mentality.\nData-driven and outcome-focused, with a bias toward action and accountability.\nCustomer- and GTM-centric, always thinking about impact and scale.\nWhy This Role Matters\nAs a Project Manager within the PMO, your work directly enables the Director, GTM PMO to drive portfolio-level execution across Marketing, Sales/Revenue, Success, and Support.
