In this role, you will be expected to be autonomous, guide other developers who might need technical help, collaborate with other technical teams, product, support and customer success\nAbout the Role:\nWe are looking for a passionate and highly skilled Senior Software Development Engineer (SDE3) to join the Ads Manager Team. You will work on building scalable systems and user experiences that power ad campaign creation, optimisation, reporting, and automation across multiple advertising platforms.You will collaborate closely with Product, Design, QA, AI, and Platform teams to deliver high-impact features and improve campaign success rates, scalability, and reliability.This role requires strong backend engineering fundamentals, product ownership, execution discipline, and the ability to solve complex technical challenges at scale.\nResponsibilities\nDesign and build scalable backend services and APIs for Ads Manager.\nDevelop integrations with advertising platforms such as:Meta Ads\nGoogle Ads\nLinkedIn Ads\nOther ad ecosystems\nBuild systems for:Campaign publishing\nAudience targeting\nAttribution tracking\nAnalytics & reporting\nAd automation workflows\nImprove campaign publishing reliability and reduce user drop-offs.\nCollaborate with Product and Design teams during requirement and feasibility discussions.\nParticipate in architectural discussions and technical decision-making.\nOptimise application performance, scalability, and reliability.\nWrite clean, maintainable, and testable code.\nContribute to engineering best practices, code reviews, and SDLC improvements.\nTeam & Execution\nTake ownership of features end-to-end.\nParticipate actively in sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives.\nWork closely with QA to ensure quality releases.\nCollaborate proactively across teams and communicate effectively on blockers and progress.\n\nYour Core Skills\n4+ years of software engineering experience.\n\nStrong proficiency in:\nNode.js\n\nTypeScript / JavaScript\n\nMongoDB\n\nREST APIs\n\nExperience building scalable backend systems and microservices.\n\nGood understanding of distributed systems and asynchronous processing.\n\nExperience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.\n\nFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern development workflows.\n\nStrong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\n\nAbility to work independently with strong ownership and accountability.\n\nAdditional Skills\nExperience with Vue.js or React.js.\n\nExperience working with Ads APIs or MarTech products.\n\nFamiliarity with:\nEvent-driven architectures\n\nRedis, Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar technologies\n\nAnalytics and
