This full-time apprenticeship is designed for someone who wants to build a strong foundation for a career in recruitment.\nApprentices will work on real hiring initiatives that directly contribute to building high-performing teams, supported by mentorship, practical training, and structured learning throughout the programme. They will work alongside experienced Talent Acquisition professionals while developing practical knowledge of sourcing, candidate engagement, recruitment operations, interview coordination, applicant functions\nSource and identify relevant candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and internal talent databases\nConduct initial candidate screening and assess candidates against defined role requirements\nSupport candidate outreach, engagement, and follow-ups throughout the recruitment process\nCoordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience across different stages of the hiring process\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)\nPartner with Talent Acquisition Specialists and Hiring Managers to understand hiring priorities and support recruitment initiatives\n Assist with recruitment reporting, pipeline tracking \nRequirements\nRecent graduates in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Commerce, or a related field\nStrong interest in building a career in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills\nGood problem-solving and organizational skills with strong attention to detail\nAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment\nComfortable working with spreadsheets, online research tools, and technology\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nPrior internship experience in recruitment, human resources, talent acquisition, or a related field is preferred\nNice to have\nBasic understanding of recruitment and hiring processes\nFamiliarity with LinkedIn, job boards, or applicant tracking systems\nExperience working with Google Sheets/Excel and recruitment data\nExposure to
