You'll do things like answering customer emails, chats, and texts, scheduling meetings, welcoming customers into our video meeting room, and keeping track of who's waiting and who's called in.\nYou're comfortable working alongside a team that cares about doing a great job, and you're ready to learn new skills like managing your time, staying organized, and communicating clearly.\nTo do well in this role, you'll want to be confident, friendly, and positive, even when things get busy. You'll often be the first person a customer talks to, so making a good first impression matters. Being able to manage your time and stay on top of things will help you succeed. At HighLevel, everyone stays on camera during calls with customers, teammates, and managers.\nProgramme Details:\nWork Type: Apprenticeship\n\nDepartment: Customer Acquisition\n\nSub Department: Trial Experience\n\nDuration: 6 Months\n\nShift timings: 11:00 PM - 08:00 AM CST (Wed - Sun)\n\nMonthly Stipend: 32,000\n\nLocation: Remote: India\n\nProgramme Start: Nov 2026\n\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\nLearning how to understand different customer needs and communication styles so every customer feels welcomed\n\nGreeting customers, keeping the call queue updated, managing the waiting room, and replying to texts and emails\n\nSetting up basic customer account info when needed\n\nAnswering calls, chats, and emails and booking appointments for the team\n\nKeeping track of customer info and making sure tasks get passed to the right team member using our CRM system\n\nHelping create good habits for how our video waiting room should run\n\nEntering information into spreadsheets or updating calendars\n\nAnswering and forwarding phone calls\n\nSending customers short surveys to rate their experience\n\nKeeping an eye on our systems to make sure everything's working properly\n\nHelping urgent customer issues get handled quickly\n\nHelping the team stay organized by setting reminders and managing the task pipeline\n\nLearning more about our products by joining team meetings and trainings\n\nBeing flexible - other tasks might come up as the business changes\n\nWhat You'll Bring:\nA high school diploma or GED (or working toward one)\n\nGood communication skills in English; comfortable explaining things clearly to customers\n\nNo prior experience required - we'll train you!
