We are looking for a hands-on, resourceful head of operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Organizing and overseeing installations at customer sites.
- Arranging transport and logistics of equipment across Zambia
- Onboarding and training new clients during go-live.
- Solving problems as they arise - from technical hiccups to client concerns.
- Leading field teams and setting the standard for operational excellence.
- Reporting daily CAPEX and OPEX
- Managing your own budget.
