The role will focus on creating engaging UGC (User-Generated Content) videos and ad creatives that capture audience attention, communicate brand value and drive engagement and conversions.\nYou will work closely with creators, marketing teams and internal stakeholders to take content from ideation and scripting to production and delivery, ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality creatives.\nWhat You’ll Own\nWrite engaging scripts and concepts for UGC videos, performance marketing campaigns and ad creatives.\nPlan, coordinate and execute UGC content production from ideation to final delivery.\nWork closely with content creators, influencers and internal teams to ensure timely execution of content requirements.\nDevelop creative briefs, references and content guidelines for creators.\nManage the content calendar and ensure a consistent pipeline of fresh content.\nMaintain and organise the content asset library, ensuring easy accessibility and efficient utilisation of creatives.\nTrack content production timelines, feedback and revisions to ensure timely turnaround.\nStay updated on social media trends, content formats, hooks and storytelling techniques to bring fresh ideas to campaigns.\nCollaborate with performance marketing teams to understand campaign objectives and develop creatives aligned with marketing goals.\nMonitor creative performance and incorporate learnings into future content strategies.\nWho You Are\n1-3 years of experience in content creation, content management, social media or digital marketing.\nStrong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to develop engaging video scripts and ad concepts.\nUnderstanding of UGC content formats, social media platforms and performance marketing creatives.\nExperience coordinating with content creators, influencers or production teams.\nStrong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple content requirements simultaneously.\nAbility to identify emerging trends and translate them into relevant content ideas.\nComfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines and evolving priorities.\nHigh ownership, attention to detail and a strong execution mindset.\nWhy GoKwik\nAt GoKwik, you will get the opportunity to work at the intersection of content, creativity and performance marketing.
