We are building AI-powered infrastructure to help brands scale faster and deliver better commerce experiences.\nWhy This Role Matters\nAs Intern- Graphic Design & Content, you will contribute to how GoKwik's brand and products are represented across social media platforms. You will create engaging, social-first visual content for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and X, translating product updates, merchant success stories, partnerships, and brand initiatives into compelling creatives.\nThis is a hands-on creative role that combines graphic design, motion graphics, and short-form video production. You will have the opportunity to experiment with new formats, identify emerging trends, and take creative ideas from concept to publication. Your work will help make GoKwik's brand communication sharp, relevant, and engaging for the D2C and eCommerce ecosystem.\nWhat You'll Own\nSocial Media Design & Creative Development\nDesign social-first creatives, including static posts, carousels, stories, reel covers, and video thumbnails across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and X.\nTranslate product updates, merchant success stories, partnerships, company announcements, and events into clear and engaging visual communication.\nMaintain visual consistency across brand and product pages while adapting creatives to platform-specific requirements.\nApply strong design principles across layout, typography, colour, composition, and visual hierarchy.\nMotion Graphics & Video Editing\nCreate basic motion graphics, animated posts, and visual assets to make social media content more engaging.\nEdit short-form videos, including reels and shorts, with effective hooks, captions, transitions, and pacing.\nAdapt video formats and creative treatments based on platform requirements and audience preferences.\nSupport the development of visual content for campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.\nContent Shooting & Production\nShoot original content when required, including behind-the-scenes moments, team interactions, workplace culture, and product or lifestyle visuals.\nUse smartphones and basic equipment to capture quality photos and videos.\nIdentify opportunities to turn everyday moments, company activities, and product experiences into social media content.\nTake ownership of the creative process from initial concept and production to final editing.\nTrend Research & Creative Experimentation\nTrack emerging design trends, social media formats, visual styles, and trending audio across platforms.\nIdentify relevant trends and adapt them to GoKwik's brand identity and communication style.\nPitch fresh creative and content ideas regularly and take selected ideas through to publication.\nExperiment with new formats and creative approaches to improve audience engagement.\nReview content performance and incorporate learnings into future creatives.\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nWork closely with Brand, Design, Product Marketing, and other teams to understand creative requirements.\nSupport the development of creatives for campaigns, product launches, partnerships, and brand initiatives.\nManage multiple creative requirements while ensuring quality and timely delivery.\nIncorporate feedback and maintain consistency across different communication channels.\nWho You Are\nHave a strong interest in graphic design, visual storytelling, and social media content creation.\nPossess a good eye for layout, typography, colour, composition, and visual hierarchy.\nAre familiar with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva, or similar applications.\nHave basic video editing skills and familiarity with tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar applications.\nUnderstand social media platforms and the kind of visual content that works across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and X.\nStay updated with emerging design trends, internet culture, and social media formats.\nCan translate creative ideas and business requirements into effective visual communication.\nAre comfortable shooting and editing your own content using a smartphone and basic equipment.\nHave a proactive approach, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work on multiple assignments.\nCan work in a fast-paced environment and take creative ownership from ideation to final delivery.\nWhy GoKwik\nAt GoKwik, you'll have the opportunity to create work that reaches D2C founders, business leaders, and operators across the industry.
