Backed by Z47, Peak XV Partners and Think Investments, we’re building the infrastructure that helps D2C brands grow faster and more efficiently.\nWhy This Role Matters\nAs a Product Marketing Manager, you’ll own the GTM strategy for one or more of GoKwik’s core products. You’ll translate complex product capabilities into clear positioning, compelling narratives, and GTM programs that drive product adoption and revenue.\nYou’ll work at the intersection of Product, Sales, Marketing, Design, and Merchant Success to understand customer needs, shape product narratives, and take products from roadmap to market.\nWhat You’ll Own\nOwn positioning, messaging, value propositions, and GTM strategy for assigned products.\nDrive end-to-end GTM for new product launches, feature releases, and product marketing campaigns.\nPartner with Product to understand the roadmap, define personas, and build narratives around product innovation.\nCreate product marketing assets including pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, battle cards, explainer content, and sales collateral.\nBuild and optimise product onboarding, in-app messaging, CLM journeys, and other initiatives that drive feature adoption.\nConduct competitive analysis and market research to sharpen positioning and identify opportunities.\nPartner with Brand, Demand Gen, Sales, BD, and Merchant Success on campaigns, webinars, and product-led initiatives.\nEnable customer-facing teams with product training, sales enablement material, and regular product updates.\nTrack product adoption, customer feedback, and funnel metrics to measure impact and continuously improve GTM programs.\nWho You Are\n3-6 years of experience in Product Marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or eCommerce technology.\nStrong understanding of the D2C/eCommerce ecosystem and key buyer personas including founders, marketers, and growth leaders.\nStrong storytelling, copywriting, and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex products.\nComfortable creating decks, one-pagers, sales collateral, and other GTM assets.\nStrong cross-functional experience working with Product, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.\nHigh ownership and a bias for action; you’re comfortable operating in ambiguity and driving outcomes independently.\nAn early adopter of AI tools who actively uses them to improve speed, quality, and efficiency.\nWhy GoKwik\nAt GoKwik, you’ll work at the forefront of D2C, eCommerce, and AI, building products that directly impact how brands grow.
