Passenger and baggage check-in at check-in counters

Overweight & service charges

Travel document and identification checks

Aircraft arrivals service

Passenger escorts

Gate exit coordination

Lost and found services

(Gate organisation / Announcements / Hand baggage check / Passenger boarding)

What we are looking for:

High school diploma

English degree at B2 level (First Certificate in English or equivalent)

Second foreign language desirable

Previous experience in a similar position or customer service preferred

Familiarity with computers
