This role requires deep expertise in cloud services, security, and automation, with an emphasis on maintaining high levels of system availability, performance, and security across multiple cloud platforms. As a Cloud Administrator, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud-based solutions into our business processes, maintain cost-effective solutions, and continuously improve our cloud infrastructure to support our growing needs.\n\nThis is a remote position, must be willing to support our core hours of 8am-5pm EST. \n\nResponsibilities\n\nEssential Job Functions:\nCloud Infrastructure Management: Configure, monitor, and maintain the company's cloud environments (e.g., Azure, AWS, SaaS) to ensure optimal performance and scalability\nSecurity and Compliance: Ensure infrastructure security and compliance by monitoring access, usage, and resources\nSystem Backups and Recovery: Perform system backups and recovery to maintain data integrity and availability\nTechnical Support: Provide technical support for cloud applications and services, and train end users as needed\nCollaboration: Work closely with IT security teams to monitor the company's cloud privacy and respond to technical issues in a timely and efficient manner\n\nQualifications\n\nNecessary Skills and Knowledge:\nStrong understanding of cloud security principles and best practices\nExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues\nAbility to embrace change, learn quickly, and thrive in a dynamic corporate environment\nSkill in working harmoniously within cross-functional teams to achieve common objectives\nAbility to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines\nMust have the ability to communicate effectively and diplomatically, both verbally and in writing, with co-workers and with outside agencies, partners, shareholders, and business associates\nStrong cultural awareness and sensitivity, with the ability to adapt messages and strategies for diverse audiences\nStrong understanding of relevant software, tools, and systems used in the corporate environment. This includes a proficiency in standard software applications, including Windows and MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor's of Science in Information Technology, or equivalent years of experience\nCertified in AZ-500, MS-500, MS-700, AZ-104, or SC-400 or equivalent certification.\nMinimum of five years in Information Technology\nProven experience in cloud administration, with expertise Azure and other SaaS applications\nAbility to successfully pass a background check \nMust be able to support core hours of 8am to 5pm EST (eastern standard time)\nMust be willing to travel up to 25% of the time\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nSix or more years of experience in support of Azure Cloud\nCertified as an Azure Administrator Associate, MS-102 Administrator Expert, or equivalent certifications\nRelevant certifications such as ITIL, CISM, or equivalent certifications\nExperience and adherence to compliance frameworks: (CMMC Level 2, GovHigh, 32CFR, CUI, FedRAMP, NIST-800, PCI-DSS, HIPAA/HITECH, SOC 1 & SOC 2) and internal security best practices\nExperience with automation tools and scripting languages\nLocal candidates and Shareholders of Goldbelt are strongly preferred\nExperience working with 8(a) companies\nPrevious experience working with Alaska Native Corporations (ANCs)\nPrevious government contracting experience\n\nPay and Benefits\n\nThe salary range for this position is $112,700 to $137,750 annually.\n\nAt Goldbelt, we value and reward our team's dedication and hard work.
