This role serves as the primary point of contact for Carter's counterparts and is responsible for driving operational excellence through effective purchase order management, order execution, inventory coordination, forecasting support, logistics management, and cross functional communication.\nThe ideal candidate is highly organized, detail oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities while building strong relationships with both internal teams and external customers. Success in this role requires the ability to effectively analyze and manage large assortments, forecast demand at the SKU level, and ensure inventory and order accuracy across a complex product portfolio.\nKey Responsibilities\nServe as the primary day-to-day contact for Carter's U.S. and Canada buying, planning, and merchant teams.\nManage all aspects of purchase order execution, including order entry, maintenance, revisions, and tracking.\nOversee order management processes to ensure timely and accurate shipment fulfillment.\nCoordinate operational logistics activities with supply chain, customer service, sourcing, and distribution teams.\nMonitor incoming inventory and assist with on time delivery.\nTrack sales performance, open orders, and key account metrics to identify risks and opportunities.\nCommunicate shipment delays, inventory concerns, and order exceptions to internal and external stakeholders.\nLead resolution of chargebacks, compliance issues, shortages, and operational challenges.\nPrepare weekly and monthly business updates, and account recaps.\nCollaborate with Sales, Product Development, Planning, Operations, and Finance teams to execute customer strategies.\nEnsure adherence to Carter's operational requirements, compliance standards, and service level expectations.\nQualifications & Skills\nBachelor's degree preferred.\n3+ years of experience in sales operations, account management, customer service, or retail/vendor management.\nStrong knowledge of retail operations, order management, and supply chain processes.\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel;
