reason, plan, use tools, and complete complex tasks autonomously.\nBuild and deploy AI agents and multi-agent workflows using LLMs.\nWork with LLMs, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, tool/function calling, and memory systems.\nDevelop scalable AI solutions using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar.\nIntegrate AI agents with APIs, databases, enterprise applications, and external tools.\nImprove agent performance, reliability, accuracy, and response quality.\nDesign evaluation frameworks and monitor AI/agent performance in production.\nCollaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to convert business problems into AI-driven solutions.\nMentor junior engineers and contribute to technical architecture and best practices.\n\nRequirements: \n8-12 years of software/AI engineering experience.\nMandatory: Strong hands-on experience in Agentic AI / AI Agents.\nStrong experience with LLMs and Generative AI.\nHands-on experience building multi-agent systems and autonomous workflows.\nStrong knowledge of RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search.\nExperience with Prompt Engineering and LLM orchestration.\nExperience with tool/function calling and API integrations.\nStrong programming skills in Python.\nExperience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, or equivalent.\nGood
