In this role, you will play a key role in developing activation plans to hit partner objectives, execute on dynamic marketing platforms, and understand how to drive measurable results. In this role, you will be a part of a team driving additional revenue and creating impactful activations. This position reports to the Vice President, Partnerships.\nCome share your expertise while learning more about this growing sports and entertainment organization that values your initiative and dedication!\nThis is a full-time role based onsite in Oakland, CA with consistent game days, events, and meetings in San Francisco, CA. Reasonable travel is expected, as well as nights, weekends, and holiday work.\nKey Responsibilities\nServe as the main point of contact for corporate partners and their activation elements\nFulfill sponsorship agreements with corporate partners by collaborating with internal teams to ensure a high level of execution, customer service, and fulfillment of all deliverables within budget parameters\nMaintain and grow internal relationships within the Valkyries and GSW for collaboration opportunities\nParticipate in research, data, success rates, and market trends to develop and implement new and creative marketing activation strategies and methodologies\nIdentify upsell opportunities for assigned corporate partner accounts\nBuild and sustain positive client and agency relationships to meet client goals and objectives and ensure 100% satisfaction\nEvaluate current partner activation plans and provide recommendations through execution recaps and selling presentations\nPlan and execute events, promotions, and luxury experiences and organize partnership details through CRM systems\nConsistently ideate around market relevancy to strengthen partnerships through current assets and upsells\nOther duties assigned\nRequired Experience & Skills\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience\n3+ years of corporate partnership (preferably within the sports industry) and/or account management experience; minimum 2 years of people management experience\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite\nAbility to build positive working relationships with clients and peers at all levels within the organization\nExcellent written and verbal communication, service and resolution skills\nBasic understanding of social media marketing and the digital space\nExcellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills\nAbility to balance multiple projects at once in a fast-paced work environment\nTime Commitment\nAbility to attend home games and special events\nAbility to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed\nCompensation\n$95,000 + Bonus + Commission (OTE: $109,000 Per Year)\nComprehensive Medical, Dental and Vision benefits for employees and dependents\nEmployer 401K match\nVacation and generous paid time off plan for pregnancy and parental leaves\nPursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.\n Golden State is an equal opportunity employer.\nWe will ensure that qualified applicants with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment.\nWant to learn more about who we are and what we value?
