In this role, you will coordinate all video signals in and out of the switcher including routing, macro/salvo building, monitor wall configurations, and secondary show setup. Additionally, you will assist with ingesting content being triggered by the switcherand have an opportunity to collaborate with a fantastic team of creative and technical individuals in a premier, state of the art facility. This position reports to the Manager, Scoreboard Operations.\nCome share your expertise while learning more about a growing and exciting sports and entertainment organization which values your initiative, creativity and work towards results.\nThis is a part-time position represented by IATSE Local 119 and is based onsite in San Francisco, CA.\nKey Responsibilities\nEnsure the primary and secondary video switcher controllers are properly configured and ready for Warriors and Valkyries games as well as other sporting events\nPerform live game day operation of the primary Ross Acuity production switcher\nMaintain all communications between switcher and external devices such as graphics systems and video playback machines\nMaintain library of switcher configuration files to ensure all settings a properly backed up\nTroubleshoot equipment issues and escalate larger issues with engineering staff and product vendors\nWork with engineering staff to confirm all technical aspects of production are show ready\nDevelop and maintain switcher SOPs and technical documentation\nMaintain and develop technical skills as required to support new and existing technologies and customer offerings\nOther duties as assigned\nRequired Experience and Skills\nMinimum 3 years’ experience in technical directing live sports productions for both television and scoreboard shows\nStrong background in control room production equipment including graphics and video replay systems\nAcute attention to detail and exceptional interpersonal skills\nExcellent interpersonal relationship building\nPreferred experience with configuration and operation of Ross Mosaic, Ultrix and Dashboard interface\n Time Commitment\nMust be able to work majority of Warriors and Valkyries home games (preseason, regular season and potential playoff games) including nights, weekends and holidays\nAvailability to work additional events\nCompensation\n$65.56 per hour\nPursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.\n Golden State is an equal opportunity employer.\nWe will ensure that qualified applicants with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment.\nWant to learn more about who we are and what we value?
