May solicit orders from existing customer base.\n\nCoordinate the prompt handling of all customer service requests including, butnot limited to, order entry, pricing, expediting, billing, credit and claims.\n\nEnsure timely responses to customers.\nTake an active role in selling Company goods and services on both inboundand outbound calls.\n\nParticipate in quality improvement teams in an effort to limit rework andimprove services and efficiency.\n\nHandle all written correspondence received from/sent to customers in a timelymanner.\n\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nProviding assistance to management team members and executives as needed\nCreating and processing sales in a timely manner\nReporting any unusual activity to supervisors\nExpediting requests rush orders and altering sales orders and shipping information as required\nKnowledge, Skill, and Experience\nMinimum Education (or substitute experience required):\nHigh school graduate or equivalent\nMinimum experience required:\nTwo years or more of progressive customer service or related\nSkills required:\nSkills: Broad knowledge of company's products and services with the ability to effectively present these to the Company's customers.
