# Export Operations Executive

Support the Export Sales Team in managing customer inquiries, quotations, samples, orders, and export documentation. Maintain an updated database of customer inquiries, quotations, confirmed orders, shipments, and sales opportunities. Assist in preparing monthly sales forecasts by consolidating information from export sales managers and monitoring the status of potential and confirmed orders. Track order execution and coordinate with Planning, Production, Quality Control, Warehouse, and Logistics to meet agreed specifications and delivery schedules. Monitor shipment readiness and promptly report any potential delays that could affect customer commitments. Maintain records of customer invoices, payment terms, due dates, and outstanding balances. Support export sales managers with collection follow-up and provide timely updates on overdue payments. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecast versus actual sales, pending orders, shipments, and outstanding collections. Ensure timely communication with customers and internal departments to support customer satisfaction and repeat business. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
