  • Troubleshoot dyeing defects (shade variation, staining, uneven dyeing)

  • Work closely with production, quality, and finishing departments

  • Conduct lab testing and approve samples before bulk production

  • Optimize chemical usage to reduce cost and environmental impact

  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Applied Arts or related field

  • Experience in textile dyeing/finishing is preferred

  • Knowledge of international standards (ISO, OEKO-TEX) is a plus

  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting

  • Familiarity with lab equipment and dyeing machines

  • Good communication and teamwork

  • Excellent command of English is required
