revenue recognition, cost allocation, and accruals, particularly in a medical services environment,\nact as the main point of contact for external auditors,\ncoordinate statutory audits and address audit findings,\nensure compliance with local tax, VAT, and regulatory requirements (in cooperation with tax advisors),\nprovide financial insights and variance analysis to management,\nsupport budgeting and forecasting processes.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field,\n5+ years of experience in financial controlling, accounting, or audit,\nstrong hands-on experience with Dutch GAAP and IFRS,\nstrong knowledge of financial reporting, statutory accounts, and audit processes,\nexperience with ERP and accounting systems,\nsolid
