Preventive and corrective maintenance\nDevelop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.\nCoordinate servicing, inspections and equipment testing.\nInvestigate recurring equipment failures and identify root causes.\nRecommend repairs, replacement or upgrading of equipment.\nMaintain maintenance records and equipment history.\n4. Contractor and vendor management\nSupervise maintenance contractors and service providers.\nObtain quotations and evaluate technical proposals.\nMonitor work quality, costs and completion timelines.\nCoordinate site access, permits and maintenance activities.\nEnsure contractors comply with site safety procedures.\n5.
