They manage and improve RMM, PSA, backup, endpoint protection, and patching systems while blending technical support knowledge with service delivery workflows, scripting, and automation. They retool platforms for efficiency, scale, and consistency across clients. Common platforms include ConnectWise Manage or Autotask for PSA and ConnectWise Automate, Datto RMM, or NinjaOne for RMM\nAccountabilities:\nAdminister and optimize core platforms, including RMM, PSA, backup, endpoint protection, and patch management.\nStandardize platform configurations, policies, and workflows across clients.\nDevelop scripts and automation to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks.\nMonitor platform performance and proactively resolve issues.\nMaintain patching, endpoint security, and backup processes.\nIdentify and implement improvements to systems, tools, and service delivery workflows.\nTroubleshoot and resolve complex platform and tooling issues.\nIntegrate and scale centralized tools to support consistent service delivery.\nMaintain technical documentation, scripts, and standard operating procedures.\nEvaluate, implement, and maintain tools to meet evolving business needs.\nCollaborate with technical and service delivery teams to improve operational effectiveness.\nIndicators that this will be the role for you:\nA passion for optimizing systems, tools, and processes to improve efficiency.\nStrong knowledge of MSP tools, including RMM, PSA, backup, and endpoint protection platforms.\nAn interest in scripting and automation to eliminate repetitive tasks.\nA natural ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and find solutions.\nA focus on building consistent, scalable, and reliable systems.\nA proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement.\nAn appreciation for working behind the scenes to support technical teams.\nA commitment to documentation, standardization, and continuous improvement.\nThe ability to manage multiple platforms and adapt to new technologies.\nA collaborative mindset focused on improving service delivery and operational efficiency.\nCompTIA A+/Network+/Security+ (at least 2/3) are required!\nMore about us:\nAt LeadingIT, our people and our culture are at the heart of everything we do.
