As a Line Cook you will be a pivotal team member supporting our restaurant and banquet event services.\nResponsibilities:\nPrepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards.\nAssist with food preparation, portioning, and plating during service.\nMaintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times.\nFollow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace health and safety procedures.\nEnsure food quality and consistency meet golf course standards.\nMonitor inventory levels and notify supervisors of shortages.\nProperly store, label, and rotate food products using FIFO principles.\nAssist with receiving and organizing deliveries.\nWork collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.\nOperate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.\nAssist with banquet, tournament, and special event food preparation as required.\nPerform opening and closing kitchen duties.\nMaintain professional communication with supervisors and team members.\nSupport the Executive Chef and Sous Chef with other duties as assigned.\nQualifications:\nPrevious experience as a Line Cook, Prep Cook, or similar kitchen role preferred.\nFoodSafe Certification or provincial equivalent is considered an asset.\nKnowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.\nAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to food quality.\nAbility to follow recipes and instructions accurately.\nExcellent teamwork and communication skills.\nAbility to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.\nFlexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.\nWorking Conditions:\nAbility to stand for long periods of time.\nAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.\nExposure to hot kitchen environments and cooking equipment.\nEvening, weekend, and holiday shifts may be required.\nOvertime as required during peak season, tournaments, and special events.\nReason for
