complete daily cleaning, equipment logs, and side duties\nAssist with receiving deliveries and verifying product quality and quantities\nComplete opening and closing duties in accordance with Kitchen Standard Operating Procedures\nComply with the Occupational Health & Safety Act and promote a safe working environment\nQualifications:\nPassionate about great food with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to teamwork\nWillingness to learn new skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team with strong time management skills\nAbility to perform effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment\nMinimum 6 months of prior kitchen experience (1-2 years as a line cook preferred)\nFood Handler/Food Safety Certification required or willingness to obtain;
