Create Bigger Influence.\nGoliath is looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to lead creator partnerships across our entire portfolio of toys, games, collectibles, and entertainment brands.\nThis role will own relationships with top-tier creators, talent managers, agencies, and influencer platforms while developing scalable influencer programs that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.\nNo toy experience is required. Relationship-building expertise is.\nWhat You Will Do\nCreator Partnership Strategy\nDevelop and execute influencer marketing programs across Goliath’s North American portfolio.\nIdentify, recruit, negotiate, and manage relationships with creators ranging from emerging voices to marquee talent.\nBuild long-term ambassador and partnership programs that extend beyond one-off campaigns.\nCollaborate with Brand, PR, Retail, and Social teams to integrate influencer programs into broader marketing initiatives.\nTalent & Agency Relations\nServe as the primary point of contact for talent agents, managers, and creator representation firms.\nMaintain and expand a robust network of creator, agency, and platform partners.\nNegotiate contracts, deliverables, usage rights, exclusivity terms, and campaign pricing.\nEvaluate and onboard strategic influencer marketing vendors and scaling partners.\nCampaign Management\nManage end-to-end campaign execution across multiple brands.\nOversee briefing, content approvals, timelines, reporting, and legal compliance.\nEnsure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and to performance expectations.\nPerformance & Reporting\nDevelop monthly influencer performance dashboards for executive leadership.\nTrack KPIs including Reach, Impressions, Engagement, Video Views, Earned Media Value, Clicks, Conversions, and ROI.\nDeliver actionable insights and optimization recommendations.\nBenchmark performance across brands, partners, and creator tier\nRequirements\nWhat You Will Bring\nExperience\n5+ years of influencer marketing, talent partnerships, creator economy, social media, or entertainment marketing experience.\nDemonstrated experience negotiating creator agreements and campaign partnerships.\nExisting relationships with talent agencies, creator managers, influencer networks, and platform representatives.\nExperience managing six- and seven-figure influencer budgets preferred.\nSkills\nOutstanding relationship-building and negotiation abilities.\nDeep understanding of influencer marketing metrics and measurement.\nStrong project management and organizational skills.\nExperience building executive-level reports and dashboards.\nAbility to navigate multiple brands and priorities simultaneously.\nComfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.\nPreferred Backgrounds\nInfluencer Agencies\nTalent Management Firms\nCreator Economy Platforms\nEntertainment Marketing\nConsumer Brands\nSocial Media Agencies\n(Toy industry experience is not required.)\nWhy You Will Love It Here\nInfluence some of the most recognizable and fastest-growing brands in toys and games.\nBuild relationships with the creators shaping culture.\nWork directly with senior leadership and have significant visibility across the organization.\nJoin a company that believes the best ideas can come from anywhere, and that bigger thinking creates bigger results.\nAt Goliath, we do not do small.
