In this role you ensure we meet our obligations under those agreements: every product, pack and piece of marketing approved before it goes out, every royalty report accurate and on time, and every contractual requirement tracked. You’ll work closely with our Product, Marketing, Finance, Sales and Legal teams. You’ll play an important role in keeping projects moving, ensuring approvals happen on time and helping bring licensed products successfully to market.\nThis is a good fit for someone who enjoys detail, numbers and process, and is experienced or wants to build a career in licensing.\nThe Role:\nApprovals\nManage the end-to-end Licensor approval process for products, packaging and marketing materials, from initial concepts and artwork through prototypes, pre-production samples and final production samples.\nCoordinate submissions, feedback, revisions and approvals with Licensors and internal Product, Design and Marketing teams, ensuring all stages are documented and deadlines are met.\nTrack contractual approval requirements, compliance obligations and key licensing deadlines, escalating delays or outstanding approvals as needed.\nEnsure no products are produced or shipped, and no marketing materials are published, without the required contractual approvals. Maintain complete and accurate approval records.\nCoordinate product samples, artwork, style guides and brand assets between Licensors and internal teams.\nRoyalty management\nReview royalty reports for Licensors in collaboration with Finance.\nTrack advances, minimum guarantees and payment schedules by agreement, territory and channel, and identify any shortfalls.\nMarketing compliance\nCheck advertising, social media content, PR and point-of-sale materials against Licensor brand guidelines before submission.\nEnsure the correct legal lines, copyright and trademark notices, and licensing marks appear on packaging and marketing materials.\nTrack contractual marketing commitments, including marketing spend and launch support, and report on them to Licensors.\nContract compliance\nFlag upcoming contractual deadlines and obligations to the relevant teams in good time.\nTrack Licensor requirements relating to product safety testing, factory audits, insurance and reporting.\nAct as the first point of contact for day-to-day Licensor queries and ensure actions are followed through.\nWork with Legal on contract questions and new agreements.\nRequirements\nWhat We’re Looking For:\nYou’ll be someone who is:\nHighly organised, with excellent attention to detail.\nStrong with numbers and confident in Excel.\nComfortable reading contracts and turning them into clear obligations and deadlines.\nProcess-minded: you like systems, records and checklists, and keep them up to date.\nPersistent and diplomatic when following up on actions internally and with external partners.\nA clear communicator in both written and spoken English.\nA collaborative team player comfortable in a fast-paced international business.\nInterested in brands, games, toys and entertainment.\nExperience in licensing, royalty administration, contract management or compliance, ideally in toys, games, entertainment or consumer products, is an advantage.
