You analyze, interpret, and communicate the financial data and reports impacting our daily business. You manage general ledger, account reconciliation, and payroll. You prepare Ad Hoc financial requests and consolidated financial reporting packages. You cultivate and maintain relationships with our clients as you are responsible for billing, collections, and payables. You play a crucial role in analyzing opportunities and implementing process improvements to our Finance Department. In a senior role, you ensure that processes are efficient as can be, and optimize them as the team grows.\nJob Expectations\nPrepare consolidated financial reporting packages \nPrepare Ad Hoc financial requests \nResponsible for client billing, collections, and payables\nManage general ledger and account reconciliation \nInterpret, translate, and communicate the billing and financial impacts each client contract has on the company \nManage and cultivate relationships internally and externally with product teams and current, past, and future clients \nConduct constant financial analysis and implement process improvements \nImprove processes and provide recommendations on efficiency opportunities. \nRequirements\nJob Qualifications\nMust demonstrate strategic and analytical thinking when solving problems\nMust demonstrate a proven track record of the ability to prioritize, organize, and multi-task in a flexible and fast paced environment to effectively meet deadlines\nMust demonstrate ability to be held and hold others accountable to best practices and legal compliance \nMust demonstrate the ability to research and stay up-to-date on industry trends\nDemonstrated exemplary skills in Microsoft Office, primarily Excel\nMust demonstrate exemplary written and verbal communication skills \nKnowledge of NetSuite system is preferred\nRequired Experience\nBachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance\n5-7 years in related accounting or finance experience \nCPA is a plus\nPhysical Requirements\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, and talk or hear.\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
