You are our front-line representative. You provide clear and consistent communication between your clients and our internal product teams. Your internal coordination between multiple media programs will ensure high quality results.\nSchedule\nHybrid / Full Time\n2 WFH days available weekly following the onboarding period.\nJob Expectations\nManage and provide strategic oversight to assigned desk of clients\nMonitor short-term and long-term optimizations and development of product performance and client opportunity \nFormulate metrics to measure company and client success\nCommunicate and coordinate all agency resources to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction and growth\nCommunicate information received from clients internally to the appropriate product teams\nCreate, present, and execute customized strategic growth plans \nEnsure internal programs are properly positioned with our clients\nAccountable for client growth and retention\nDelegate or fulfill required tasks\nResearch and stay up to date on marketing trends\nRequirements\nJob Qualifications \nMust demonstrate a proven track record of the ability to prioritize, organize, and multi-task in a flexible and fast paced environment to effectively meet deadlines\nMust demonstrate the ability to manage projects and tasks via cross team collaboration and organization to accomplish client goals\nMust demonstrate exemplary written and verbal communication skills\nMust demonstrate presentation skills\nMust demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate both technical and non-technical information between internal product teams and external clients\nMust demonstrate strategic and creative thinking when solving problems\nMust demonstrate a solid understanding of Search Engine Optimization, Social Media Marketing, Paid Search, and Lead Generation\nDemonstrated proficient skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint\nRequired Experience \nBachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications or another related field \n2-5 years of account management with client facing experience \n1 year Digital Marketing, Advertising, or media industry experience\nPhysical Requirements\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, and talk or hear.\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
