Your ability to devise unique solutions for clients and the agency alike promises to yield exceptional results!\nSchedule\nHybrid / Full Time\n2 WFH days available weekly following the onboarding period.\nJob Expectations\nOversee SEO programs for a portfolio of 4 to 7 clients.\nClients typically range from low to mid-tier, with the potential to manage one to two high-tier clients.\nDirect the management of SEO Statement of Work and deliverables from inception to completion.\nAct as the primary point of contact for your assigned clients.\nIdentify and implement SEO tactics and best practices.\nImplement User Experience and Accessibility best practices.\nMonitor short-term and long-term optimization strategy, tracking product performance.\nEnsure programs are aligned with client objectives.\nDevelop metrics and interpret monthly reports to gauge agency and client success.\nRemain updated on industry trends through continuous professional research.\nEffectively communicate relevant information internally to the appropriate product teams.\nSupport Strategy Departments in achieving organic growth and client retention.\nDelegate tasks to SEO Analysts as needed.\nRequirements\nJob Qualifications \nMust demonstrate a proven track record of the ability to prioritize, organize, and multi-task in a flexible and fast-paced environment to effectively meet deadlines\nMust demonstrate strong conceptual and written communication skills with a deep understanding of the English language (spelling, grammar, and vocabulary)\nMust demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate both technical and non-technical information between internal product teams\nMust demonstrate strategic and creative thinking when solving problems\nMust demonstrate a basic understanding of content management systems (WordPress experience preferred)\nMust demonstrate an understanding of technical and local Search Engine Optimization\nMust demonstrate proficient skills in Google Suite\nRequired Experience\nBachelor’s Degree in Marketing, English, Communication, or another related field, or equivalent experience\nGoogle Analytics Certification preferred\nGoogle Business Profile Basics Certification preferred\nGoogle Tag Manager Certification preferred\n1 - 2 years of SEO experience preferred\nExperience with keyword research\nPhysical Requirements\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, and talk or hear.\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
