pipeline health, win/loss metrics, and present insights to the executive team.\nWhat you'll need:\n6+ years in B2B sales with at least 3+ years in a leadership role (preferably in logistics, construction, marketplace, or startup environments).\nProven track record exceeding sales targets while leading high-growth teams.\nAbility to build, mentor, and inspire sales teams of varying sizes.\nComfortable defining high-level strategy while rolling up your sleeves to close key deals.\nStrong analytical skills and experience using CRM/sales tools (HubSpot preferred) to drive performance.\nStrong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.\nNice to have:\nExperience scaling sales teams across North America.\nFamiliarity with B2B marketplaces, supply chain, or construction/landscaping industries.\nExposure to sales enablement, revenue operations, or
