You will shape the target architecture, define technical standards, manage architectural dependencies, make critical technical decisions, and help teams choose the right path. You will work closely with the CTO, engineering leadership, and product teams.\nProven experience in FinTech, banking, payments, or cryptocurrency platforms is mandatory.\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn and continuously evolve the end-to-end architecture of the GoMining ecosystem.\nDefine the target enterprise architecture, architectural principles, standards, and long-term technology roadmap.\nEnsure architectural consistency and seamless integration across financial products, payments, wallets, custody, cards, mining services, and core platform infrastructure.\nDesign scalable and resilient distributed systems capable of supporting millions of users and high transaction volumes.\nEstablish clear architectural boundaries, service ownership, integration patterns, and data flows across multiple engineering teams.\nDrive critical architecture decisions involving microservices, APIs, event-driven systems, data platforms, and cloud infrastructure.\nIdentify and eliminate architectural bottlenecks, technical debt, scalability limitations, and system dependencies.\nLead architecture reviews and provide technical guidance to engineering teams.\nCollaborate with the CTO, Engineering Leads, Product Leaders, and business stakeholders to align technical architecture with business strategy.\nEvaluate new technologies, architectural approaches, and infrastructure solutions.\nEnsure security, reliability, observability, performance, and operational resilience are embedded into architectural decisions.\nRemain deeply involved in technical discussions, solution design, and implementation reviews.\nRequirements\n8+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in enterprise, platform, or solution architecture roles.\nMandatory experience architecting systems within FinTech, banking, payments, digital banking, or cryptocurrency companies.\nProven experience designing architecture across multiple interconnected products, services, or business domains.\nStrong software engineering background, ideally as a Senior / Lead / Principal Engineer.\nDeep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, event-driven architecture, API design, and integration patterns.\nExperience designing high-load, fault-tolerant, and mission-critical systems.\nStrong knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).\nUnderstanding of financial transaction processing, data consistency, security, and regulatory requirements.\nAbility to define long-term architectural strategy while remaining technically hands-on.\nExperience driving architectural decisions across multiple engineering teams.\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills.\nNice to have\nExperience with cryptocurrency exchanges, blockchain infrastructure, digital wallets, or custody solutions.\nExperience with card issuing, payment processing, banking integrations, or financial ledgers.\nExperience building or transforming complex
