of software engineering experience.\nStrong commercial experience with Node.js and TypeScript.\nExperience designing scalable architectures and distributed systems.\nSolid understanding of PostgreSQL, Redis, REST APIs, and asynchronous patterns.\nExperience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.\nExperience leading engineers and driving technical decisions.\nStrong hands-on approach and willingness to stay close to the code.\nExperience using AI tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar in daily development.\nEnglish B2/C1.\nNice to Have\nExperience with React or Angular.\nExperience with RabbitMQ, Kubernetes, and GitOps.\nExperience with Web3 or blockchain products.\nExperience integrating LLM APIs and AI capabilities into products\nBenefits\nProfessional
