{"id":2401643,"url":"https://alion.io/job/gomining-netsuite-developer","title":"NetSuite Developer","company":{"id":6297,"name":"GoMining","domain":"gomining.com","url":"https://alion.io/company/gomining","size_band":"501-1000","is_staffing_agency":false,"employer_type":"direct","is_intermediary":false,"listed_via":null,"ats_vendor":"Workable","truth_index":null},"role":"Legal","role_family":"Legal","seniority":null,"employment_type":"full_time","work_mode":"remote","remote_scope":"stated_countries","remote_scope_basis":"board_field","remote_working_hours":null,"hiring_geo_confidence":"inferred","locations":[],"countries":[],"hiring_countries":["PL","EE","GE","LV","LT"],"hiring_countries_total":5,"salary":null,"salary_estimate":null,"experience_years_min":null,"visa_sponsorship":false,"relocation_package":false,"has_equity":false,"technologies":[],"status":"live","first_seen_at":"2026-10-12T23:42:44Z","employer_posted_date":"2026-10-12","last_verified_at":"2026-10-18T02:20:55Z","board_verified":true,"closed_at":null,"days_open":5,"trust":{"level":"ok","repost_count":null,"flags":[],"days_open":5},"description":"We are looking for a NetSuite Developer who will become our in-house NetSuite expert and take ownership of our NetSuite OneWorld environment across multiple legal entities.\nThis role requires hands-on implementation experience, a solid understanding of finance processes, and the ability to independently turn business requirements into a robust system design.\nYou will work closely with the Finance team, shaping and developing the system, supporting integrations, and helping users get the most out of NetSuite.\nKey Responsibilities:\nFull NetSuite OneWorld configuration, administration, and technical support.\nEnd-to-end configuration and support of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes: Purchase Orders, receiving, Vendor Bills, billing, and payments.\nDesign and configuration of PO, Vendor Bill, payment, and other approval workflows and routing, including multi-level approval matrices.\nConfiguration and support of AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets, intercompany transactions, multi-currency, and consolidation processes.\nDesign and maintenance of SuiteFlow workflows, automated notifications, approval rules, and escalation processes.\nConfiguration of subsidiaries, departments, locations, users, roles, permissions, and Segregation of Duties (SoD).\nConfiguration and customization of forms, fields, records, system settings, Saved Searches, reports, and dashboards.\nConfiguration and support of banking, payment, tax, and third-party integrations.\nSupport of APIs, CSV imports, mass updates, master data, and data migration.\nSandbox management, UAT, testing, and deployment of configuration changes to Production.\nFull Level 1-3 technical support and troubleshooting, including workflow, billing, posting, access, integration, and system issues.\nRoot-cause analysis and implementation of permanent solutions for recurring issues.\nContinuous system optimization, automation, and improvement of Finance processes.\nMaintenance of system documentation, configuration records, and user instructions.\nCoordination with Oracle NetSuite Support and external developers/consultants where required.\nRequirements\n3+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience as a NetSuite Administrator, Functional Consultant, or Technical/Functional Specialist.\nStrong practical experience with NetSuite OneWorld and multi-entity / multi-subsidiary environments.\nProven experience in end-to-end NetSuite configuration, not limited to first-line user support.\nStrong knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and PO-to-Payment workflows.\nHands-on experience configuring SuiteFlow, approval workflows, and payment routes.\nGood understanding of Finance processes, including AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets, intercompany, multi-currency, and consolidation.\nExperience with custom forms, fields, records, roles, permissions, Saved Searches, reports, and dashboards.\nExperience with NetSuite integrations, APIs, CSV imports, mass updates, and data migration.\nExperience with Sandbox, UAT, testing, and Production deployment.\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to independently translate Finance and business requirements into NetSuite configuration and system design.\nExperience supporting international Finance teams and complex group structures is highly preferred.\nKnowledge of SuiteScript is an advantage.\nNetSuite Administrator / SuiteFoundation certification is an advantage.\nStrong English communication skills.\nBenefits\nLearning support -
