strategies for different audiences, platforms, and markets.\nAdapt content to platform-specific formats, algorithms, and user behavior.\nTranslate complex crypto, financial, and technical products into clear and engaging stories.\nCreate and develop original content across short-form video, graphics, photos, threads, and other formats.\nWork closely with designers and video editors to produce high-quality content.\nRepurpose product updates, PR materials, and long-form content into platform-native social content.\nOwn the content calendar and publishing workflow.\nReact quickly to trends, news, and market events while maintaining a consistent brand voice.\nGrowth & Performance\nDevelop social media as a measurable acquisition and conversion channel.\nOwn social KPIs across reach, engagement, traffic, registrations, and paying users.\nSet up and maintain tracking through UTMs, attribution, and analytics tools.\nAnalyze performance, generate actionable insights, and continuously test new formats and growth hypotheses.\nBuild and scale KOL and influencer collaborations - from sourcing and briefing to negotiation and ROI measurement.\nExperiment with unconventional organic growth mechanics where relevant.\nAlign social activity with CRM, Retention, SEO, Performance Marketing, and PR.\nCommunity & Brand\nMonitor community sentiment and manage moderation across social channels.\nSupport crisis communication and respond to scams, impersonation, negative feedback, and reputational risks.\nWork with Product, Design, Legal, and Leadership on large-scale multi-channel campaigns.\nEnsure content complies with regulatory requirements for financial and crypto products, including geo-restrictions and communication limitations.\nRequirements\n4+ years of hands-on social media and content management experience.\nProven experience growing YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and/or Telegram channels.\nPortfolio or case studies demonstrating measurable growth in reach, engagement, acquisition, or revenue.\nExperience working with large-scale B2C digital products.\nProven ability to turn social media audiences into registered or paying users.\nExperience with crypto products and communication for both mainstream and crypto-native audiences.\nStrong understanding of social media analytics, attribution, UTMs, and funnel tracking.\nExperience working with KOLs and influencers.\nAbility to independently develop strategy, generate ideas, and manage content production.\nStrong understanding of platform trends, algorithms, and content formats.\nNear-native or native-level English (C1/C2), with excellent writing and editing skills.\nWould be a plus\nExperience growing and managing communities on Reddit.\nExperience with CoinMarketCap Community, CoinGecko, Binance Square, or similar crypto platforms.\nExperience with financial, fintech, investment, or other regulated products.\nExperience working with global B2C brands.\nFamiliarity with AI
