If you thrive on solving complex challenges and want to influence how a leading space company leverages data to drive growth and innovation, we would love to hear from you.\nYour Role\nAs Business Intelligence Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining GomSpace's integration and data platform landscape.\nYou will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure reliable integrations, high-quality data, and scalable analytics capabilities that support business operations and decision-making.\nYour key responsibilities include:\nDesign, develop, and maintain the company's data integration architecture.\nBuild and support integrations between systems such as IFS, Pipedrive, Jira, HR systems, QMS, ISMS, and other business applications.\nEstablish and maintain a scalable data platform using Microsoft Fabric, Data Lake, Data Warehouse, APIs, and related technologies.\nEnsure data quality, consistency, governance, and traceability across all integrated systems.\nMonitor data flows and proactively solve data issues.\nWhat Success Looks Like\nIn the initial phase, success means:\nEstablish strong working relationships with key stakeholders across Finance, HR, Operations, Quality, Sales, and IT.\nAchieve positive stakeholder feedback (>80% satisfaction) on responsiveness, communication, and support.\nBecome the trusted owner of GomSpace's integration and data-platform roadmap and governance model.\nEstablish the foundation of the Microsoft Fabric data platform, including governance, architecture, and core data model.\nSuccessfully implement and stabilize integrations between key business systems (IFS, Pipedrive, Jira, HR, QMS, ISMS).\nAchieve >95% successful automated data transfer rate across integrated business-critical systems.\nOver time, you will:\nBe recognized as the go-to expert for business data, integrations, and analytics across GomSpace.\nDrive a culture of data-driven decision making across departments.\nSuccessfully align and prioritize BI initiatives with business strategy and operational objectives.\nReduce manual reporting and data handling effort by at least 50% through automation and standardized data pipelines.\nEnsure >99% availability of critical integrations and data services.\nDeliver a scalable enterprise data platform supporting all major business functions with governed, trusted, and traceable data.\nWhat You Bring\nYou are an experienced Business Intelligence specialist with a strong understanding of integrations, data platforms, and enterprise applications. You are motivated by building scalable solutions that enable trusted data and better business decisions.\nYou likely:\nHave a bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.\nBring relevant professional experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Data Engineering, Data Platforms, or System Integrations may substitute for formal education.\nSeveral years of hands-on experience designing, developing and supporting enterprise data platforms, integrations and analytics solutions.\nProven experience developing solutions in Microsoft Fabric and strong SQL programming skills for data transformation, modelling and reporting.\nProven experience integrating business systems using APIs, middleware and cloud-based technologies.\nStrong understanding of data architecture, data modelling, governance and data quality principles.\nExperience building and maintaining scalable data pipelines and supporting business intelligence and analytics initiatives.\nExperience with ERP, CRM, HR and other business-critical enterprise systems.\nRelevant certifications in Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Azure or related technologies are an advantage.\nFluent in English, spoken and written.\nWho You Are\nYou are known for:\nStrong analytical mindset with the ability to understand complex business processes, system landscapes, and data flows across multiple applications.\nStructured, proactive, and calm under pressure.\nStrong communicator with the ability to build trust across functions.\nMotivating person with a team-oriented mindset.\nDecisive and confident in complex technical and operational environments.\nHere’s why you’ll love working with us:\nAt GomSpace, we’re on a mission to shape the future of space – one mission at a time.
