You would be #14.\nRole Description\nWe’re looking for an AI-native engineer who doesn’t just write code - but uses AI as a core part of how they build, think, and ship. As an early engineer, you’ll help shape our product and have an important voice in decisions regarding the technical stack, direction, and vision.\nThis is a full-time Software Engineering role. The current team is in San Francisco, and this role is in person at Multiply HQ.\nWe work hard and we know we're building a generational company. If you're looking for the ride of a lifetime, this might just be what you're looking for.\nWhat you'll do\nBuild 0 → 1 product features quickly and iterate based on real customer feedback\n\nDesign and ship systems that embed LLMs and AI agents into core workflows\n\nOrchestrate multi-step AI systems (agents, evals, feedback loops, etc.)\n\nOwn features end-to-end: idea → build → deploy → iterate\n\nWork directly with founders on product, roadmap, and technical direction\n\nHelp improve our engineering culture, tooling, and velocity\n\nPlay a key role in building and mentoring the early team\n\nWhat We Mean by “AI-Native”\nYou should already be using tools like: Cursor, Claude Code, Codex / OpenAI APIs or similar AI-assisted development workflows, as a core part of how you build software, not as an afterthought.\nQualifications\n3+ years experience building software with a strong track record and ability to work full-stack\n\nStartup mindset - resourceful, sharp, and entrepreneurial, who is excited to take early ownership\n\nLove to move fast, to learn, and to always-be-improving\n\nExperience using LLMs in production and interest in staying at the cutting edge of AI\n\nExperience in designing and building scalable systems.
