At GoMyCode, we provide high-end education on cutting-edge technologies with a focus on projects in an environment that leaves lasting impressions and positively impacts our students' lives.\n\nWe are recruiting to fill the position below:\n\nJob Title: Educational Consultant (Sales Representative)\n\nLocation: Ikeja, Lagos\n\nJob type: Full-time\n\nJob Description \n\n Answer calls as if it’s your first and last chance to sell our products and services.\n\n Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell a product or service.\n\n Advise and listen to the student's training plan by asking the right questions.\n\n Understand their needs and offer them the Go My Code training that best meets their expectations.\n\n Provide after-sales service by working with different departments to find solutions to student complaints.\n\n Ensure customer meetings, customer reminders by email and phone, and renewal of registrations.\n\n Enter customer data and notes correctly on the CRM.\n\n Can be involved in marketing activities (conferences, live events...).\n\n Reach monthly sales goals by working effectively on all types of leads.\n\n Encourage students and instructors to share their feedback with you so that we can progress and help them to progress.\n\n Upsell and cross-sell our products.\n\nRequired Education and Experience\n\n You have a University Degree from a top school.\n\n You have gained 1 year of work experience in a top start-up.\n\n Customer Support or Sales Experience preferred.\n\nQualifications:\n\nThe Educational Consultant should:\n\n Be a GMC Ambassador.\n\n Be a Community Builder.\n\n Be an Excellent Communicator.\n\n Be Honest.\n\n Be Proactive.\n\n Be a mediator - knowing how to resolve customer conflicts and dissatisfaction.\n\n Know exactly what he is selling.\n\n Know how to advise the client effectively.\n\n Know how to enhance the quality of customer service.\n\n Master the way he explains to the customer the GMC learning method and the concept of active learning.\n\n Able to work well as part of the whole team and independently.\n\n Able to establish priorities between calls and leads.\n\n Aware that he is the First GoMyConter that the student or lead meets or speaks with on the phone\n\n Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.\n\n Must have basic computer skills\n\n Have basic math skills to be capable of counting money and making change\n\n Small Smiles are not accepted.
