As an SDR here, you'll become one of the sharpest outbounders in EMEA, running researched, multi-threaded outreach into the accounts that matter most and selling technology that's transforming how GTM teams sell. This is a role for people focused on growth. What you'll do

• Run researched, multi-threaded outbound into named target accounts through calls, email, and social
• Manage a book of accounts alongside an Account Executive and set the strategy for how you work them
• Use AI to research faster, personalise more deeply, and scale your outreach
• Generate qualified pipeline and book discovery calls for your Account Executives
• Become a power user of Gong's platform and turn that insight into a prospecting edge
• Drive a high volume of quality activity that converts into pipeline and revenue
• Sharpen the playbook - your feedback shapes how EMEA SDR runs

• You're genuinely curious about AI and already prospect with it, always testing tools and tactics to find an edge others miss
• You're a sharp communicator in writing and on calls, and you think in accounts, not individual contacts

• You're ambitious about a career in sales and you want to be coached toward it
• You take feedback well and move on it fast
