5、现场改善及现场LAYOUT;
6、精益生产推行;
7、制定规范制度;
8、生产运营成本的控制和生产效率的提升;
9、自动化设备的导入评估。
任职要求 / Requirements
1、本科及以上学历，电子、机械、自动化或工业工程专业;
2、熟悉PCBA生产工艺，，有汽车电子行业经历优先;
3、熟练操作CAD等绘图软件及各办公软件; ;
4、熟悉IE七大手法并具品质分析能力;
5、具有良好的沟通协调能力、团队协作精神，具有良好的职业道德。
