Read more about our growthhere.\nWhat you will do: \nOwn day-to-day accounting operations, including processing and posting all accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions\nReview and approve AP/AR entries for accuracy and completeness prior to management review\nPrepare and post month-end close journal entries, including accruals and partner reconciliations\nPerform bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations and support variance and flux analysis\nSupport the monthly close process by ensuring timely approvals, accurate documentation, and clean financial data\nAssist with audit preparation by maintaining organized records and responding to auditor requests\nPartner closely with the Senior Accountant and broader Finance team to follow established workflows, incorporate feedback, and continuously improve processes\nSupport the transition of our core accounting functions from outside accounting firm to inhouse and help build scalable internal accounting operations\nWhat you need:\nA minimum of 3+ years of general accounting experience\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting \nProven experience in a variety of core accounting principles, journal entries and month-end close processes\nExperience in a private company environment is required or have transitioned from public to private accounting for at least one year\nOwnership Mindset: Proactive and
