Infrastructure, and other stakeholders.\n\n- Establish and maintain architecture documentation, technical standards, and design guidelines.\n\n- Support cloud adoption, application modernization, migration, and digital transformation initiatives.\n\n- Troubleshoot complex production and performance issues and provide long-term architectural solutions.\n\n- Stay current with emerging technologies and assess their potential application within the organization.\n\nPreferred Candidate Profile :\n\n- 8-10 years of experience in software/application development, solution design, or application architecture.\n\n- Strong experience in designing and developing enterprise-grade applications.\n\n- Solid understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, SOLID principles, and SDLC practices.\n\n- Hands-on experience with one or more programming ecosystems such as Java/Spring Boot, .NET/C#, Python, Node.js, or equivalent.\n\n- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, event-driven architecture, messaging, and system integration.\n\n- Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases and data modeling.\n\n- Working knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP and cloud-native architecture.\n\n- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Git, and DevOps practices.\n\n- Understanding of application security, authentication/authorization, API security, and secure coding practices.\n\n- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex technical challenges.\n\n- Experience providing technical guidance or mentoring to development teams.\n\n- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.\n\n- Experience with architecture documentation and diagrams using tools such as UML, C4 Model, or similar approaches.\n\n- Exposure to performance engineering, high availability, disaster recovery, monitoring, and observability is desirable.\n\n- Experience in application modernization, legacy transformation, or cloud migration would be an advantage.\n\n- Relevant certifications such as AWS/Azure/GCP, TOGAF, or
