Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)\n\n- Integrate IAM platforms with enterprise applications, directories, databases, and cloud platforms.\n\n- Perform IAM architecture design, solution documentation, and implementation planning.\n\n- Develop workflows, rules, connectors, scripts, and automation for IAM processes.\n\n- Conduct access governance activities including:\n\n1. Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis\n\n2. Compliance reporting\n\n3. Audit support\n\n4. Policy enforcement\n\n- Troubleshoot IAM incidents and provide production support.\n\n- Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, application, and compliance teams.\n\n- Support IAM assessments, gap analysis, and roadmap development.\n\n- Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and operational guidelines.\n\n- Stay updated with IAM security trends, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.\n\nPreferred Candidate Profile:\n\nExperience & Technical Skills:\n\n- 510 years of hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).\n\n- Strong experience implementing and managing IAM solutions in large enterprise environments.\n\n- Experience with one or more IAM platforms:\n\n1. SailPoint IdentityIQ / IdentityNow\n\n2. Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud\n\n3. CyberArk PAM\n\n4. Okta Identity Cloud\n\n5. Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)\n\n6. Ping Identity\n\n7. ForgeRock\n\n- Strong understanding of:\n\n1. Identity governance and administration (IGA)\n\n2. Access management\n\n3. Privileged access management (PAM)\n\n4. Authentication and authorization concepts\n\n5. OAuth 2.0, SAML, OpenID Connect, LDAP, Active Directory\n\n6.
